Why Stage Homes

Should I Stage a Vacant Home?

Absolutely! A vacant home should always be Staged. It's sometimes hard for buyers to visualize how their belongings will fit in the prospective home, so Staging even with minimal furnishings will help tremendously with the questions they have about how their own furniture will fit. Staging vacant homes also brings familiar emotions of "home" for the buyer. When the home is not Staged it can't help but to have a cold empty feeling. What do you do if you don't have any furniture of your own to Stage?

Why Should I Stage My Home?

We get many questions and one of them is, "Why should I Stage my home?"  I respond with, "Is getting more money for your home and selling your home quickly important to you?" If homeowners answer, "Yes," and usually they do, then I say, "You need to Stage your home!"  When homes are Staged they look better than the competition and buyers feel like they can take their shoes off and move right in.  The emotion of, "This is home!" will sing in their hearts and the sellers will get an offer close to their asking price.
